The Renovation
In 2004 Becca Mead was a Fine Arts Major at Ohio University and was given an assignment to build a website using Adobe Flash. She was always looking for ways to showcase her photography, and because Instagram wouldn’t be invented for nearly another decade, she used this opportunity to build a site to share her photos and her talent.
The site she created was available on the web until December 2020, when the internet gods decided Flash was no longer supported. As a result, a small team of her friends and family came together, along with some web design expertise, and took her original site and reformatted it so it could continue to live on and showcase her work for years to come!
